Key Performance Areas:
- Measure Corporate and Group performance using suitable KPI's, with a view towards driving strategic intervention for long term sustainability and improvement
- Manage the short
- Lead and/or coordinate crossfunctional projects in order to mitigate strategic risks and exploit new opportunities
- Analyze, visualize & make recommendations regarding future changes to the external and internal business environments
- Coordinate & manage the annual update(s) of Corporate and Group Hoshins & KPIs by working closely with all areas of the organization and the Executive Management team
- Manage and coordinate strategic event schedules and itineraries at all levels of management
- Manage and coordinate preparation for strategic events with all stakeholders, including Management; working levels; TMC and other external parties as necessary
- Prepare professional reports to ensure adequate crossfunctional engagement on key projects and activities (in PowerPoint, Word or Excel)
Education Profile:
- NQF 6 University or equivalent 4year Technicon Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math's, Finance, Commerce or Marketing.
- At least 3 years' experience in the Engineering or Project management discipline which should ideally include engagement with multiple stakeholders across different disciplines.
- Advanced level MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
