Description

Responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations of the support office as well as CEO and Group CEO.


Duties:


  • Overall management of the switchboard (answering calls, transferring, messages)
  • Assist with directing complaints to the customer care department.
  • Welcome clients / suppliers and link them with the appropriate party
  • Offer guests refreshments upon arrival
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks around the office
  • Assist with diary management of the CEO and Group CEO.
  • Manage all bookings of the boardroom and hot desks at the support office.
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms ahead of scheduled time
  • Manage delivery of parcels for staff members working remotely.
  • Assist with ordering of office supplies and stationery.
  • Assist with travel arrangements when required.
  • Assist with workplace security by maintaining visitor logs.
  • Oversee the cleaning team within the support office

Requirements:


  • Grade 1
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Wellspoken and presentable
  • Prior experience in a similar role (4 years)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
