Receptionist /office Coordinator - Cape Town, South Africa - MindMatch Consulting
Description
Responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations of the support office as well as CEO and Group CEO.
Duties:
- Overall management of the switchboard (answering calls, transferring, messages)
- Assist with directing complaints to the customer care department.
- Welcome clients / suppliers and link them with the appropriate party
- Offer guests refreshments upon arrival
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks around the office
- Assist with diary management of the CEO and Group CEO.
- Manage all bookings of the boardroom and hot desks at the support office.
- Prepare meeting and training rooms ahead of scheduled time
- Manage delivery of parcels for staff members working remotely.
- Assist with ordering of office supplies and stationery.
- Assist with travel arrangements when required.
- Assist with workplace security by maintaining visitor logs.
- Oversee the cleaning team within the support office
Requirements:
- Grade 1
- Proficient in MS Office
- Wellspoken and presentable
- Prior experience in a similar role (4 years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
