    Job Description

    This role involves partnering with businesses to add value and transform the way they hire talent. As a member of our SME department, you will contribute to the ultimate success of Pnet by playing a vital role in reimagining the labour market to make it work for everybody.

    Your Responsibilities

    1. Utilize lead sourcing techniques and tools to generate and manage high-quality leads, ensuring a robust pipeline for continuous business growth.
    2. Prospect and close deals with businesses, persuading them to choose Pnet solutions as their preferred choice.
    3. Expertly manage client relationships through strategic conversations, tracking product usage, and identifying opportunities for upselling and renewing client contracts.
    4. Handle administrative tasks accurately and timely, ensuring all documentation and reporting requirements are met using the CRM system.
    5. Embrace opportunities for upskilling and development, enhancing your productivity and overall success in delivering exceptional results.

    Qualifications

    1. A proven sales track record within a B2B sales environment.
    2. Strong cold calling and telephonic skills.
    3. The ability to articulate solutions clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
    4. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    5. An understanding of customer needs and concerns by listening attentively and empathetically.
