We are currently looking for aHR Administrator to join our Team.

About the role:
The purpose of this position is to serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries regarding processes and procedures within the 1Nebula group.
More about the role - What you will do**:
Administration
- Organise and maintain employee personnel records
- Prepare HR Documents
- Update Internal databases
- Assist with daily employee queries
- Ensure starter paperwork is completed and forwarded to payroll.
- Upload and maintain company policies
- Assist with company events.
- Ensuring quarterly Health & Safety meetings
Payroll
- Process monthly payroll report and payroll changes to be submitted to the payroll department
- Perform monthly benefits and leave reconciliation.
Recruitment
- Assist with the manage all recruitment platforms
- Prepare all required preemployment checks
- Source and conduct telephonic screening for job applicants
- Assist with drafting and maintaining HR Recruitment stats biweekly
Training & Development & EE
- To support the HR Business Partner with the development and implementation of projects as required
- To support the HR Business Partner in preparing and submitting the WSP / ATR and EE Plans annually as required by regulation for the relevant company's.
- Assist the HR Business Partner with the preparation of EE meetings and recording of EE meeting minutes
- To assist with the preparation of documentation required for B-BBEE Audits for relevant company's
- Maintaining skills databases monthly of all training that has taken place for relevant company's

- Bachelor's degree
- 12 years of experience
- Knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Works comfortably under pressure
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
