About the role:


The purpose of this position is to serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries regarding processes and procedures within the 1Nebula group.


More about the role - What you will do**:

Administration

  • Organise and maintain employee personnel records
  • Prepare HR Documents
  • Update Internal databases
  • Assist with daily employee queries
  • Ensure starter paperwork is completed and forwarded to payroll.
  • Upload and maintain company policies
  • Assist with company events.
  • Ensuring quarterly Health & Safety meetings

Payroll

  • Process monthly payroll report and payroll changes to be submitted to the payroll department
  • Perform monthly benefits and leave reconciliation.

Recruitment

  • Assist with the manage all recruitment platforms
  • Prepare all required preemployment checks
  • Source and conduct telephonic screening for job applicants
  • Assist with drafting and maintaining HR Recruitment stats biweekly

Training & Development & EE

  • To support the HR Business Partner with the development and implementation of projects as required
  • To support the HR Business Partner in preparing and submitting the WSP / ATR and EE Plans annually as required by regulation for the relevant company's.
  • Assist the HR Business Partner with the preparation of EE meetings and recording of EE meeting minutes
  • To assist with the preparation of documentation required for B-BBEE Audits for relevant company's
  • Maintaining skills databases monthly of all training that has taken place for relevant company's

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12 years of experience
  • Knowledge of labour laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Works comfortably under pressure
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
