- Prepare for the arrival of customers
- Take care of customers during initial consultation upon arrival
- E nsure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on system
- Update Dealer Management System and track all vehicles and update control systems
- Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Process accurate invoice payments
- Oversee vehicle handovers
- Follow up with customers and send reminders (if not done by capacity planner)
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) as minimum qualification
- Computer literacy in Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Technical experience in motor dealership industry (advantageous)
