    Key Responsibilities:

    • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install, service, and maintain water treatment equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal system performance.
    • Commissioning and Training: Commission and install water treatment plant solutions, providing technical support and training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
    • Quality Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor water quality parameters, making necessary adjustments to treatment programs, and ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
    • Customer Relationships and Documentation: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, documenting service visits, maintenance activities, and customer interactions.
    • Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts inventory, coordinating with procurement for replenishment.
    • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and recommendations to the sales team, ensuring high service satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Technical Qualification: Must have a technical qualification (e.g., Engineering or related).
    • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the water treatment industry is highly preferred.
    • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are essential.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
    • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to client sites.
