  • The purpose of this_ role at the Haval dealership is to coordinate and carry out Aftersales Strategic and Aftersales Operational Business Management in alignment with the overall Aftersales Strategy. The successful coordination and execution of tasks and projects are essential to effectively implement the Aftersales Strategic Elements, drive business growth, enhance the Customer Experience, and ensure profitability for both the OEM and Dealers, thereby gaining a competitive advantage.

Education and Experience:


Qualifications & Requirement:


  • Successful completion of Senior Certificate (Grade 12Matric) is a mandatory requirement
  • Possession of a recognized Vehicle Technician qualification is essential. Additional qualification in High Voltage training is advantageous
  • Having a Business Qualification would be beneficial for this role
  • A valid Driver's license is required

Here's an overview of the responsibilities you'll have in this role:

  • Responsible for managing and expanding the Dealer Network's Aftersales Development, ensuring profitability, and driving growth in Aftersales Absorption/Revenue
  • Prioritize and actively promote the growth of Aftersales business, products, and services, with a particular focus on Parts and Accessories
  • Oversee, evaluate, and implement Dealership Aftersales marketing strategies and offerings in alignment with OEM guidelines
  • Uphold exceptional levels of customer experience, while proactively enhancing service quality and customer retention
  • Manage Customer Experience, including addressing productrelated issues and ensuring effective collaboration with internal divisions for support
  • Oversee the management and audits of Warranty Policies and Procedures
  • Emphasise dealer commitment to completing vehicle campaigns promptly and comprehensively
  • Manage and develop dealership personnel through effective training and development initiatives
  • Supervise Dealer Parts and Accessory Sales, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Aftersales Operating standards across the Dealer Network
  • Manage the certification and evaluation process for both existing and new dealers
  • Provide regular monthly reports and track performance of Dealers to achieve objectives
  • Offer general aftersales business support to the Dealer Network as needed
  • Motor Industry related Sales/Aftersales Business Development Experience at the OEM level is advantageous. This experience will provide valuable insights and understanding of the industry dynamics
  • Good planning, organisational, and administration skills are necessary to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities. This includes prioritizing tasks, setting goals, and managing time effectively.

Additional Information:


  • The working hours for this role are typically Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, although there may be variations from time to time. Additionally, there is a possibility of travel, both domestically and internationally, as per the requirements of the job.
  • The salary for the DSM (Dealer Sales Manager) position includes a basic component along with incentives based on achieving Parts targets.
