Motor Dealership Key Controller - Cape Town, South Africa - Astor Motor Recruitment

Description

This is a very large and extremely busy dealership, and they are looking for a detail orientated and highly organised person to take charge of managing the keys, movement, and location of every vehicle in stock. You will need excellent Excel skills, and the ability to multitask and you will need to stand your ground when dealing with the demands of other staff members. Your duties will include logging the location of all vehicles, ensuring you have the physical keys and spare keys for each vehicle, keeping track of who has what vehicle when and being able to provide an on-the-spot report on any vehicle at any time.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 1 year experience in a similar role Car Rental Key Controllers/Dealership Key Controllers etc
You need to be EXTREMELY organised.
Must be proficient in Excel.
Must be willing to work outdoors and physically check stock when needed.
Mentally mature and strong minded.
