Tracer Workflow is a dynamic SAAS company, always challenging the status quo internally and looking for ways to solve our customer's problems.
INControl, Tracer's main focus and products, is a software solution that provides businesses with a comprehensive and integrated way to manage their logistics operations.
It is designed for 4th Party Logistics (4PL) providers, which are companies that manage and coordinate the logistics activities of multiple clients.
Since 2005, we have been innovating to develop the most configurable and flexible operational system to help companies to digitize their databases, internal documents, and workflows.
Account Manager:
Account management
Maintain Client Relationships, keeping up to date with the state of their Business and their use of INControl. Continue to seek out additional needs and opportunities.
System Changes
Facilitate any ongoing system changes from clients. Create Quotes, Configuration, Training or Dev Requests. Test these changes and communicate feedback to clients.
Support
Monitor Support for Clients. Load Support Tickets if necessary and maintain System trust.
Training and Manual creation
Create Training Manuals or Videos and schedule, plan and facilitate training with new clients.
Feedback
Have frequent feedback sessions with Clients, gathering product reviews for Capterra and internal critique. Share this feedback with BA for further Analysis

Salary:
From R25,000.00 per month
