  • Drive cash generation from operations
  • Maintain operational oversight of WIP, Stock, and other critical controls
  • Plan and manage budgets and targets
  • Drive technology and innovation strategy
  • Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy, to ensure alignment with its business goals.
  • Discover and implement new security technology that yields a competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify emerging business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on emerging trends and industry innovations to the senior management team.
  • Be the catalyst for innovation across the entire business of Protea Coin
  • Commercial Management
  • Driving growth and business development of all technology products and services
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and outsourcing agreements.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, OEMs, and other stakeholders
  • Seek our potential acquisitive growth
  • Expansion into new products and service lines

Qualifications:


  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, MBA, or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a security technical leadership role
  • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
  • Proven track record, of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge and skills must be relevant to security technologies, markets, control room environments, etc.
  • Understanding of budgets and businessplanning
  • Deliver financial performance.
  • Ability to conduct Security technical analyses and research.
