    Field Service Technician (Male/Female)

    Summary Statement:

    We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to maintain, service, and repair material handling equipment, systems, and products on our premises in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring customer and company requirements are met while maintaining accurate vehicle records.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Maintain high standards of servicing and maintenance for material handling equipment, adhering to specified procedures and quality standards.
    2. Perform thorough diagnosis and troubleshooting in the event of equipment breakdowns, communicate necessary repairs to customers and supervisors.
    3. Ensure accurate and timely updates of vehicle maintenance and operational data/history.
    4. Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through polite and professional interactions.
    5. Foster effective communication among self, workshop staff, and customers.
    6. Comply with OHSACT regulations and maintain a safe work environment by verifying safety device operations and following established standards and procedures.
    7. Stay updated on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
