Description

Nurses within the IV bar are central to the running of our business and the most important interface with our clients.

It is the role of an IV Bar Nurse to consult with clients on their needs, educate clients on the infusions available and always offer friendly professional service with the aim of creating return clientele.

• Taking calls and making bookings
• Cashing up sales
• Controlling petty cash.
• Introducing clients to the Loyalty Program and capturing details on the system
• Ensuring that accurate and clear filling systems are maintained according to The IV Bar operational systems.

• Doing accurate daily stock counts and alerting the Franchise Partner of what needs to be ordered BEFORE stock runs out.
• Assist in ordering stock and consumables, ensuring that the store never runs out of stock.
• Capturing stock on the My Appointment system.

• Complete an emergency equipment check daily before the store opens for trade.
• Ensure that saline is prepared, and lines flushed before the client arrives.
• Administer drips in a professional manner with as little discomfort to the client as possible.
• Educate the client on each ingredient as it is administered by discussion the benefits.
• Monitor the client throughout the dripping process for safety and comfort.
• Keep Client Progress Report up to date and filled correctly.
• Advise the client on home care options such as The IV Bar Supplements.

• Assist in maintaining a hygienic professional environment by disposing of all medical waste in the provided bins. Sterilising seating and equipment after each client.
• Assisting in cleaning the store on days where cleaners are not on duty, to ensure the best possible customer experience.
• Offering clients refreshments while dripping.
• Assisting Franchise Partner with any reasonable requests related to running the business which may not be included in your Job Description.
