Job profile/ Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced People Support Specialist to join our team As a People Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our HR department in the development and execution of HR strategy, policies and objectives
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing all HR admin Procedures.
- Drafting of Offer Letters and Permanent Employment contracts.
- Ensuring payroll information is received and sent to payroll department.
- Managing all employee's data on the HRIS.
- Creating all new employee folders.
- Updating employee records.
- Developing and evaluating onboarding plans.
- Responsible for all offboarding of employees.
- Providing support for employee administration and process issues.
- Assisting in development and management of HR programs.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Support HRBP's on HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 23 years of HR experience.
- Experience with HRIS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle sensitive information.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
