    Job Title: Administrator

    Job Summary:

    The primary purpose of this role is to handle administrative tasks professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Key Performance Areas:

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    1. Operational and Quality Performance:
      • Meet daily SLA requirements by completing allocated work on time.
      • Follow up on queries until they are finalized.
      • Engage in telephonic interactions with patients and healthcare professionals as needed.
      • Maintain competency in SOP assessments.
    2. Customer Service and Internal Process Compliance:
      • Treat clients professionally according to company standards.
      • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    3. Productivity and Time Management:
      • Be productive and available during stipulated hours.
      • Manage leave according to company policies using ESS.
      • Comply with Eco time procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
