Key Performance Area (KPA) Activities


  • Implementation of SHEQ
    Continuously update safety procedures and policies management system: Identify and create HIRA - Risk assessments
  • Maintaining of SHEQ Management systems
  • Creating & submitting of SHEQ reports
  • Communication and reporting to SHEQ Officers on SHEQ matter
  • Conduct toolbox talks and SHEQ alerts
  • Ensure that required safety training is conducted timeously
  • Incident Investigations

Investigate and compiling Incident report

  • Verifying effectiveness of corrective actions of all safety aspects
  • SHEQ Audits

Conducting monthly external audits

  • Creating a monthly external audit report
  • Implementing corrective actions for internal audit reports at responsible areas
  • Effectively ensure safety of the
    Ensure that ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards are adhered to in all policy and working environment within area of practice activities of the department responsibility in line with ISO 45001 Conduct safety meetings (discuss plans, performance, improvements) and 9001
    Ensure all employees work according to safety working standards
  • Observe and address safety behaviour within area
  • Inform line Managers of out of line issues, and draft action plans
