Role Purpose

The successful incumbent applies legal expertise to multiple legal processes across a wide range of industries, drafts legal documentation, makes legal decisions to manage risks.

Are you someone who can:

Promotes teamwork amongst peers and team members
Compiles and distributes operational reports
Develops, facilitates and manages relationships with all stakeholders
Creates solutions to meet customer demands
Monitors and controls Service Level Agreements
Good understanding of banking and lending products
Able to draft legal templates and legal responses
Complaint's resolution
BCom Law Commercial / LLB / BA Law
Experience in liquidations, deceased portfolios, sequestration, business recoveries, debt recoveries or insolvent estates
Preferably from banking industry

years' experience in a similar environment
