Our client, a national and well established industry leader in document solutions/storage are in need of a National Key Account Manager to join their branch in Johannesburg.

The purpose of the role is to market and sell company products and services to new and cross sell/ upsell to existing clients in order to achieve agreed sales and service targets.

To maintain excellent customer relationships through effective service delivery; to assist with daily tasks with the objective of retaining and growing the defined portfolios.

You will also be responsible for major national accounts and have the ability and experience to grow them.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required._
Bachelor's degree in marketing/Business Management (Preferrable)
At least 5 years' experience in a sales/business development role.
Sales experience in document management and archival related or similar industry sales will be preferable.
Must have business to business (B2B) experience.
Must be IT literate.
Must have excellent track record in delivering high level sales presentations.
Must have excellent track record in meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a flair and drive for sales.
Must hardworking and solutions driven.
Must be a team player.
Must have business acumen and be able to communicate with senior to top management levels.
Must be prepared to travel between sites/clients.
Must be highly computer literate.
Demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
Must have experience in tender document preparation.
Must have own vehicle and valid driver's licence.

Salary on offer is dependant on your skills and experience. There is a basic salary, provident fund, petrol card, cell phone and aggressive uncapped commission.
