Role Description

They are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the efficient execution of projects, oversee project logistics, devise and implement comprehensive project management strategies, monitor progress meticulously, and ensure the timely delivery of projects. The Senior Project Manager will be based in Cape Town, with the opportunity for remote work flexibility to accommodate diverse schedules and working preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end project lifecycle, from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, fostering a cohesive working environment.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, allocating resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project obstacles and ensure seamless project execution.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project performance, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, as well as a keen aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by relevant certifications in Project Management.
• Non-negotiable requirement: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience and expertise working with WordPress, Figma, and Webflow, with a solid understanding of Laravel.
