    Responsibilities:

    • Operations Management
      • Determine and allocate resources accordingly.
      • Communicate business objectives to the team and monitor performance against these objectives.
      • Take accountability for continuous improvement.
      • Consolidate reporting requirements.
      • Ensure timely invoicing.
      • Manage budgets and improve revenue.
      • Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety rules.
      • Manage financial performance to provide a quality product at the lowest cost.
      • Exercise judgment based on data and logic.
      • Anticipate problems and develop solutions.
      • Implement a BBBEE strategy to meet company targets.
    • Team Management
      • Lead team activities to achieve group objectives in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
      • Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
      • Supervise, coach, and train employees.
      • Plan and coordinate shifts and activities.
      • Identify training needs and conduct required training.
      • Implement a successful organizational culture.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Science Degree
    • Business Management qualification is an added advantage.
    • Minimum 10 years' management experience.
    • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in a similar position and industry.
    • Previous experience in a company reporting into a group structure is an added advantage.
    • Technical science knowledge.
    • Good understanding of finance.
    • Sales knowledge.
    • Proficient in using MS Office suite.
    • Sage Evolution knowledge or similar.
    • Commercial acumen.
    • Persuasive and articulate communication skills.
    • Respects and works well with others.
    • Business networking skills.
    • Proven people management skills.
