Description
Operational management of the farm vineyards and Herb garden

Repair & maintenance related work

Liaison with suppliers and contractors

All other tasks related to the position


Prerequisites:

Relevant tertiary qualification;
Familiarity with health and safety and IPW regulations;
Minimum 5 years proven farm management experience

Strong organisational skills;
Willingness and ability to execute administrative tasks;
Proficient level of computer literacy MS Office and Excel;
Effective cost control;
Teamwork & leadership skills;
Problem solving and decision skills;
Sound mechanical skills (basic service & maintenance of machinery & equipment & infrastructure including irrigation systems);
Excellent communication and human relations skills;
Valid driver's license; and

Willing & flexible to work extended hours.

Basic Salary + Momentum Provident Fund on offer.
