    Description

    Marketing and Lean Manufacturing Specialist

    The below is an overview of your responsibilities:

    • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and annual action plan.
    • Manage and maintain all printed and digital promotional materials, including websites and social media platforms.
    • Coordinate product testing at internal and third-party sites.
    • Design targeted marketing campaigns (email campaigns, magazine ads, social media posts, etc.).
    • Manage and design branding requirements, including product stickers, packaging, events, etc.
    • Track and maintain the marketing team's lean program to support the team in maintaining a level 4 or higher on team effectiveness.
    • Lead and coordinate the preparation of tender documents and submission.

    Requirements

    We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

    • MATRIC WITH AN AVERAGE OF AT LEAST 65%.
    • B-COM MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS OR SIMILAR WITH AN AVERAGE OF AT LEAST 60% FOR THE PROGRAMMES.
    • At least three years of work experience in a similar role.
    • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
    • Strong knack for marketing.
    • Ability to communicate with personnel on all levels.

    Advantages

    The following qualifications would be advantageous:

    • Honours or master's degree.
    • At least three years' experience in the Mining industry (preferably underground).
    • People management experience.
    • Knowledge of underground drilling equipment, roof support systems and products, processes, and consumables within the Mining industry.

    Salary: R500,000 - R700,000 per annum.
