Objective of the Role
This supervisory position is essential for overseeing a well-managed butchery by controlling inventory levels, financial plans, personnel, quality benchmarks, and executing promotional strategies while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
• Execute personnel management tasks within the Meat Department.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction for our clientele.
• Ensure product and inventory availability through strategic planning.
• Oversee all quality assurance processes in the Meat Department.
• Manage administrative duties within the Meat Department.
• Conduct inventory management activities within the Meat Department.
• Supervise all Hygiene and Safety protocols in the Meat Department.
• Perform various additional responsibilities to support the team.
Qualifications
Essential:
• Grade 12/ NQF 4.
Desirable:
• Blockman NQF 3.
Experience
Essential:
• Prior Management Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience in the Meat Industry.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential:
• Understanding of Meat Department hygiene and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with meat cuts/products.
Desirable:
• Basic knowledge of first aid.
