    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing day-to-day operations, developing sales strategies, and recruiting, training, and supervising staff.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and maintaining a clean and organized store and warehouse environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store and warehouse.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
    • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Maintain store and warehouse visual merchandising and ensure a clean and organized store and warehouse environment.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to optimize product offerings.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports and financial data.

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a Retail & Warehouse Manager or similar role.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Knowledge of retail and warehouse management best practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
