    Accountabilities & Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the financial performance of service lines.
    • Collaborate with service lines to understand their financial needs and objectives.
    • Analyse financial data, performance metrics, and market trends.
    • Prepare and present financial reports.
    • Work closely with department heads and managers.
    • Provide financial input into strategic plans.
    • Assist in the budgeting process.
    • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
    • Serve as a financial advisor and advocate.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business controlling or financial management.
    • Strong understanding of logistics operations from a financial perspective.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to identify financial challenges and propose solutions.
    • Advanced proficiency in financial software and business intelligence tools.
    • Familiarity with global logistics and supply chain regulations and practices.

    Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:20 AM - 4:20 PM, and Alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
