    Description
    As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with customers.

    Reporting to the Site Manager, your key responsibilities will include:


    • Proactively engaging with customers to understand their spare parts needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
    • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our product range, including features, specifications, and compatibility with different vehicle models.
    • Assisting customers with inquiries, providing technical advice, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
    • Actively promoting sales and special offers to encourage upselling and cross-selling of spare parts.
    • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, including invoicing, payment processing, and arranging for product delivery or collection.
    • Maintaining a clean and organized sales area, including displays, shelves, and product signage.
    • Participating in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the spare parts shop

    Experience and Skills:

    • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
    • Enthusiastic and results-driven attitude, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Knowledge of automotive spare parts and accessories is advantageous.
    • Basic computer skills for processing orders and maintaining customer records.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
