Job description:
Accountable for leading the creation, definition and execution of the overall marketing and communication strategy for the dedicated BU watching over the Motul brand positioning, awareness and reputation
Leads marketing strategic planning and execution approach with a complete vision of the business and a thorough understanding of business, channels, product, and clients' needs to define new opportunities for the company,
Defines the plan for operational communication in connection with the Group communication service,
Follows-up and assesses the efficacy of the implementation of the marketing strategy,
Implementation of plans and activities for Product, Trade and Communication and assesses their impact,
Coordinates the Technical Department and supports the implementation of new tools and methodologies and looks for opportunities to get improve direct contact with customers,
Defines the strategy for the press and public relations, media planning, and ensures its implementation,
Puts in place plans to launch new products,
Responsible for trade fairs, event organization & trade marketing,
Works with the Purchasing and Demand planner to achieve the target level of product forecast reliability,
Develops and implements the sales promotions, Point Of Sales branding, advertising material & clothing,
Drives local net sales and profitability measurement for dedicated area,
Identifies and selects the suitable sponsoring activities and subsequent marketing (individual, team, events ),
Manages and implements market research projects to get a better understanding of the market, customer and consumer's needs, and to get insights that may be translated into opportunities for the company,
Responsible for managing the Marketing budget and reporting on marketing performance KPI's,
Manages Marketing team to get best possible results and to ensure that the right resources are in place to deliver business strategy and facilitate career development and succession planning, establishing KPI's and measuring performance,
Works alongside other Motul teams to help define and implement new projects, client proposals and drivers for account growth,
Ensure alignment with CoE market and Corporate Communication Team for establishing brand direction respecting strategic guidelines,
Defines and implements appropriate internal procedures and best practices,
Negotiates with and supervises relevant third parties and external partners,
Defines and manages the annual local strategy and budget presentations,
Coordinates the online marketing website, national landing pages and microsites, social media...
Makes sure that all decisions taken at Marketing level will support the Sales activities in the fields; including but not limited to the requirements of the customers, shows and events
Profile:
Education / Qualification
Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication or equivalent.
Experience needed
- 6-10 years' experience in similar environment in B2B or B2C environments,
Advanced knowledge of marketing, IT and social media,
Understanding of budgetary process and fiscal responsibility requirements.

English:

French:
not required but would be a plus
IT Knowledge
Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of SAP & other ERP
Ability to learn new systems quickly
