Qualification

  • Matric
  • Degree/Diploma Human Resources would be preferred

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as HR Officer implementing systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Knowledge and understanding of the general conditions of employment as contained in the Main Agreement for the Metal and Engineering Industries (Advantageous)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
