Currently we are searching for a Payroll Officer for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

Compile weekly and monthly payroll inputs.
Responsible for the accurate administration of the weekly and weekly-to-monthly payrolls.
Attend to all queries in a professional manner.
Follow and implement company polies and audit requirements.
Administering the timeous and accurate submission of all required returns in relation to the wage function.
Attend to the timely and accurate payment of all wages staff and make the appropriate statutory deductions.
Ensure that all filing with regards to employee personnel files are up to date.
Responsible for weekly and monthly payroll extractions.
Complete the weekly and monthly payroll checklists.

Requirements of this Post:

Matric or relevant qualification.
Four years' payroll experience.
Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Computer literate.
