Jewellery Admin Assistant and Quality Controller
Duties:
- Process quotes and queries
- Assist with general production flow of orders
- Invoice orders
- Send out customer statements each month
- Communicate between workshop and clients
- Inform customers when order ready for collection
- Stocktake of orders each month
- Check and capture supplier invoices each month
- Place orders with suppliers
- Recon of creditors statements at the end of every month
- Completing the register every month
- Keeping Record of absent and sick days
- Keep track of Birthdays
- Updating Staff Record and Files
- Stocktake raw material, findings and service orders
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience is a must
- Knowledge of jewellery and diamonds is desirable
- Must be able to commute to Bedfordview, Johannesburg
- Must be able to work in a high pressure environment
- Extremely organised and efficient
