Jewellery Admin Assistant and Quality Controller

Duties:


  • Process quotes and queries
  • Assist with general production flow of orders
  • Invoice orders
  • Send out customer statements each month
  • Communicate between workshop and clients
  • Inform customers when order ready for collection
  • Stocktake of orders each month
  • Check and capture supplier invoices each month
  • Place orders with suppliers
  • Recon of creditors statements at the end of every month
  • Completing the register every month
  • Keeping Record of absent and sick days
  • Keep track of Birthdays
  • Updating Staff Record and Files
  • Stocktake raw material, findings and service orders

Requirements:


  • Previous admin experience is a must
  • Knowledge of jewellery and diamonds is desirable
  • Must be able to commute to Bedfordview, Johannesburg
  • Must be able to work in a high pressure environment
  • Extremely organised and efficient
