Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
A results-driven approach and keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in quality assurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Capacity to multitask across multiple brands.

Duties

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Ensure products and development processes meet the highest standard of quality and reliability.
Collaborate with suppliers' production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Visit supplier sites and assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels, CSR, environmental, and health and safety performance.
Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, errors, and corrective actions.
Analyze quality data and generate reports for management.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
Train warehouse staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Implement financial controls to manage spend and identify cost-saving initiatives.
Conduct product inspections.
Develop or update procedures for capturing, investigating, and documenting product complaints.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00.
