    Customer Service Advisor

    An exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Service Advisor based in Sandton, South Africa, for our UK client.

    The successful person will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Customers and Service Providers.

    This role requires Zendesk experience - it is a prerequisite.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • A highly self-motivated individual with experience in a customer service role.
    • Excellent customer service skills to provide seamless experiences for Customers and Service Providers.
    • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls throughout the day.
    • Can apply common sense and logical problem-solving skills.
    • Confident communication skills in English to interact with Customers and Service Providers.
    • Capacity to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly, demonstrating technical aptitude.
    • Self-management and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Key Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of current and previous experience in a customer service role involving outbound calls, within a call center environment.
    • High energy levels to manage high volumes of phone calls throughout the shift.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organized and methodical approach to work.
    • Practical and effective problem-solving skills.
    • Mandatory Zendesk experience.
    • Willingness to work on-site in Sandton and adhere to the UK calendar, hours, weekends, and night shifts.
    • This is a 24/7/365 customer service environment.
    • Commitment to in-person interviews and assessments.
    • Estimated Salary: R200,000 - R250,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
