Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum 8 years experience within the agricultural industry with a good understanding of different regions/crop will be required
Good communication skills, specifically in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, will be required
Must have a valid drivers license
Collaborating and consulting with the Supply Chain/Inventory Manager on the delivery of goods and services as per commercial demand.
Keeping the Commercial Team and customers updated regarding, product availability, outofstock items, supply issues, plant downtime and general issues affecting supply (beyond the control of the team).
Coordinating with the Supply Chain/Inventory Manager to ensure Manufacturing, Planning and Distribution will lead to the delivery of products to customers as per demand.
Assisting with National stock allocations vs forecast.
Participating in system enhancements to assist in operational efficiency (Forecast, DC process) and increase of service levels.
Ensuring the correct monthly pricing is loaded into the system and orders are booked out accordingly.
Ensuring all pricing, codes, and availability are in order and loaded into the system
Monitoring and managing stock levels by giving the warehouse permission to despatch stock accordingly.
Providing regular customer feedback and following up on stockrelated queries.
Managing collections to push for shorter leadtimes.
Communicating orders and loads with the Warehouse.
Managing back orders and cleanup of the system.
Assisting with employment development, goals, KPI and performance management of reporting staff.
Maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders, including Dealerships, Commercial Teams and Supply Teams (Procurement, Warehouse, Forecast, Finance etc.).

**Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
