    About the Role

    This position is ideal for a skilled and experienced hospitality professional who can provide exceptional service to our guests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Front of House / Reservations: Manage guest interactions, reservations, and room assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance with tasks such as inventory management, financial record-keeping, and data entry using Nightsbridge.
    • Communication: Maintain strong communication skills, being fluent in English and Afrikaans, and possess good interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and guests.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate Requirements:
      • Matric/National Senior Certificate
      • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality
      • A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a Front of House/Reservations role
    • Additional Skills and Experience:
      • Strong computer skills
      • Experience managing inventory and stock
      • Experience with managing financial records. SAGE Accounting experience beneficial
      • A valid Driver's License and own reliable transport essential

    Work Environment:

    This is a live-in position with shared staff accommodation. The role requires flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays, with a rotating schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off during the week. One staff meal per day will be provided when on duty.
