JOB SPEC:
DIGITAL ADMINISTRATOR
Core Furniture is a leading direct importer of premier European Brands.
Our furniture is specified by top interior designers, as well as directly by clients, and features in luxury homes, hotels and resorts across Southern Africa.
OVERVIEW
Provide support to the online team undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to pursue his/her career in online marketing with a willingness to learn and grow.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Uploading and formatting of content (products, blogs, images, social posts) onto:
Wordpress Website
Mailchimp
Gather and organize new website content
Non-technical website development support work
Medium level Graphic design work
COMPETENCIES
A passionate knowledge and interest of digital marketing and online media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A keen eye for detail
Highly motivated, with a hands on, "can-do" attitude
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to perform well under pressure
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Two year's experience in a digital marketing/ content administration role
Wordpress, Full MS Office, Photoshop
Social media business accounts:
Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest
Copy editing, proof reading experience advantageous
Relevant Degree or Diploma advantageous
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (preferred)
