    Store Operator Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Operator to oversee the day-to-day operations and sales performance of our store.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service & Sales: Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
    • Operations & Inventory Management: Manage operations independently, ensuring timely inventory management and seamless store operations.
    • Team Leadership & Administration: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

    Requirements:

    • A proven track record in sales and leadership, with 2+ years of management experience within the retail environment (preferably within the group).
    • Fluency in English and Afrikaans, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in SAP software and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Results-driven and deadline-oriented, with a passion for driving results.

    About the Role:
