Training Operations Strategist

Market-related Salary

The Training Operations Manager is accountable for the definition and creation of a scalable training execution model, to provision an outstanding learning experience and upskilling opportunity for partners and customers alike in collaboration with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional revenue through the creation and operational enablement of an effective training delivery framework, promoting and enabling the consumption of training material by the company Partner and Customer community.
  • Work with the regional teams to identify opportunity to proactively reduce the operational demand upon the Support teams by providing upskilling initiatives for the regions to leverage within their partner and customer communities.
  • Work with the regional Service teams to drive synergies and alignment throughout the training delivery model(s) and tools, as utilised for both internal and external learner audiences.
  • Ensure that Company knowledge is increased throughout the customer and partner community by identifying future training needs before representing these to the education content development team.
  • Promote and drive effective collaboration between the regional teams through the alignment of strategic education orientated goals and outcomes.
  • Play a key strategic role in the creation and promotion of a true centre of educational excellence, as part of the company's broader strategy to achieve growth through the partner acquisition and development.
Collaborate with Education and L&D functions to ensure alignment.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Relevant courses or Diploma/Degree in Training and Development or Business
  • Experience driving a commercially viable model
  • 5 plus years experience working in a similar role, preferably in the IT Industry
  • Experience of building education delivery frameworks within a commercial context
  • An ability to coordinate and organize complex information to deliver longterm value
