    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Matric, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Maturity in handling situations confidentiality and professionally
    • Strong computer and typing abilities
    • Proactive, and taking initiative
    • Flexible, and adaptable to change
    • Valid drivers license and own transport
    • Some financial exposure, advantageous

    DUTIES:
    • Liaising with clients
    • Typing up of quotes
    • Typing up of contracts and confidential documents
    • Answering incoming calls and attending to enquiries
    • Screening calls for two Directors
    • Diary management, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating such
    • Ensuring that all necessary information and documentation required for daily diary activities are provided
    • Dealing with email correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the Directors
    • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for business and personal travel
    • Ordering of consumables and stationery
    • Marketing and newsletters
    • Coordinate courier services
