    Financial Advisor Role

    We are seeking dedicated and driven individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors. A young but wise liberty franchise believes in the evolution and advancement of their client's financial advice needs and the success of financial advisors.

    As a Financial Advisor, you will join a legacy of trust and expertise, offering clients tailored financial solutions that prioritise their goals and dreams. You will have the opportunity to develop through responsibility, evolving your career as an advisor.

    Commission Structure

    We believe that every advisor is at a different stage in their financial advisor career and thus should be provided with correct remuneration, rewards and career development based on the individual advisor's experience and qualifications.

    Star Programme Levels

    • Nova - New to Industry Advisor: New to industry financial advisors must have some experience in the financial services and will be paired with an executive financial advisor for development and mentoring.
    • Steller-Intermediate Advisor: Intermediate financial advisors must have solid experience and must be able to offer competent financial planning.
    • Lumminious-Senior Financial Advisor: Senior Financial Advisors must have extensive experience and a deep understanding of financial planning and have an established network.
    • Celestial-Executive Financial Advisor: Top Tier advisor must have strong credentials, experts in financial planning, a track record of success and high level client satisfaction. Must be willing and able to mould New to Industry Advisors.
