We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who's eager to make a real impact and join our small, close-knit team.
We'd love to hear from you if you're based in South Africa and have a knack for building relationships and closing deals.
As an SDR at Vism, you'll:
- Find and follow new sales leads
- Schedule and conduct product demos and webinars
- Guide clients through the trial process and convert them into paying customers
- Collaborate with our team to develop sales and marketing strategies
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with SMEs
- Strong English communication skills
- Familiarity with Hubspot and LinkedIn (or willingness to learn)
- Flexibility to work hours that align with target markets, including North America
- A resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales KPIs
Perks of the job:
- Monthly basic salary of approximately 15,000 ZAR ($800)
- Commission: 10% of MRR over $1000 (based on revenue received, and paid for as long as the customer stays with us)
