    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealership Service Manager to join our team at {company}. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years recent experience in the Automotive Industry, with a strong working knowledge of Automotive Workshop Management disciplines.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for putting policies and procedures in place, managing a high-pressure environment, and ensuring excellent customer service. Relevant tertiary qualifications and a South African citizenship are essential requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage dealership operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
    • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Lead a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
    • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve services and processes

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years recent experience as a Dealership Service Manager in the Automotive Industry
    • Relevant tertiary qualification and strong working knowledge of Automotive Workshop Management disciplines
    • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
    • South African citizenship

    Salary Structure:

    • Basic salary: R 30 000 - R 35 000 based on experience
    • Incentives: Up to 20K
