    Job Title: ISO Administration and Quality Management Specialist

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ISO administration and quality management specialist to oversee the implementation and continuous compliance of our organization's ISO standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to maintaining our high standards of quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To oversee the implementation and continuous compliance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 standards within our organization.
    • To maintain and update all ISO-related documentation, including manuals, procedures, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • To conduct internal audits and prepare our organization for external ISO audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • To track and resolve non-conformities, ensuring timely and effective resolution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • To prepare and submit ISO-related reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Matric (Grade 12) qualification or equivalent.
    • Proven experience in ISO administration, quality management, or compliance, preferably with ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
    • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) is a plus.

    Salary:

    R95,000 - R120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
