Buyers Assistant - Cape Town, South Africa - Cape Union Mart
Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Sample management which includes
- sample preparation for reviews & meetings;
- sample handover to online photography & marketing; and
- sample room organization
- Tracking & following up on approvals & preproduction sample submission and the approval process
- Update product lists & reports with correct imagery & information
- Liaising with the marketing & online departments
- Prep for meetings & shoots
- Deal with all requests that come through
- Online product management
- ensuring that products are successfully loaded online by the launch date
- Setup, prep for & assist in meetings
- Administrative duties (Order management, price changes, store comms)
- Matric / Gr1
- Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- A minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role is preferred
- Must be Computer literate and Microsoft Office Proficient
- Leisure product knowledge (advantageous)
