A residential estate in Ballito is looking for a new Estate Manager. The estate is fully developed with approx. 800 levy payers.

The incumbent will have a team of approx. 20 employees, with outsourced security nd insourced landscaping and maintenance.

The incumbent will expected to run the organisation, ensuring the estate complies with all statutory requirements relating to homeowners associations and community associations in South Africa, as well as oversee all operations, financial, administrative, social and strategic (together with the board of directors) tasks.
