Minimum requirements for the role:


  • Must have completed a National Senior Certificate
  • 2 3 years experience within a similar role will be required
  • Effective planning skills and good attention to detail are important
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal will be required
  • Analytical and financial acumen with excellent problem solving skills are essential
  • Must have integrity, with strong confidentiality and exceptional discretionary skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Managing inventory control for multiple warehouses nationally.
  • Liaising with 3PL transport companies and managing deliveries from the warehouses to the customers nationally.
  • Conducting weekly reconciliations of stock at the various warehouses.
  • Coordinating sales by capturing orders on Pastel.
  • Collating and forwarding order documents and invoices to customers.
  • Managing customer complaints due to packaging/
- warehouse/ transit errors.

  • Managing stock returns.
**Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience
