Fempower is seeking a strategic Procurement leader to drive its Procurement and Supply Chain Management (P&SCM) vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute P&SCM strategies that align with Fempower's objectives.
Direct demand management and optimization functions to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Oversight of sourcing strategies and procurement operations to deliver cost savings and quality improvements.
Enhance logistics, disposal, and supply chain management functions to ensure compliance and governance.
Manage P&SCM budgets and promote talent development within the team.
