    Sales Representative (External) Role

    We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at BUCO Polokwane Sapphire. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to represent our company in the building material market and drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Expand customer base through targeted cold calls and engagement with new and potential customers, while maintaining a positive brand image.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets by providing excellent service and advice to customers.
    • Effectively follow up on orders and quotations to prevent delays and ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve any issues related to goods or services.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient management of external sales functions.
    • Promote company values and culture by offering expert advice and alternatives to customers, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 qualification as a minimum.
    • At least 5 years of selling experience, with a proven track record of success.
    • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in software applications.
    • A valid driver's license, enabling flexibility and efficiency in travel and meetings.
