Responsibilities
At Quantanite, your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long term ambitions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conduct end to end hiring process and ensure adherence
Own and optimally make use of all recruitment systems and platforms within Quantanite
Recommend and ensure adherence to hiring timelines
Negotiate contracts
Networking and Headhunting
Run background and reference checks
Organising interviews
Advertising roles

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 1 prerequisite
Diploma in Human Resources or similar highly desirable
Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment in a BPO environment or Agency environment
