    Assistant Boutique Manager

    The Assistant Boutique Manager will be responsible for developing and maximizing the performance of the boutique by achieving sales, profit, and strategic objectives. This role involves working closely with an exciting team and assisting the Boutique Manager to deliver a successful customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales:
      • Maximize turnover of the boutique by driving sales both inside and outside the store
      • Support the sales team in achieving their personal targets and contributing to the boutique's overall targets
      • Assist other Sales Associates during sales, including service, gift wrapping, and administrative tasks
      • Maintain accurate records and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform action plans
    • Customer Focus & Service:
      • Provide exceptional customer service, including direct contact with high-profile clients and collectors
      • Contribute to the implementation of customer relationship programs and improve database registration
      • Deliver professional customer service and after-sales support in the boutique
    • Operations and Admin:
      • Act as the main point of contact for all boutique-related requests in the absence of the Boutique Manager
      • Ensure adherence to Richemont and Montblanc retail procedures and protocols
      • Maintain a safe and secure environment within the boutique
      • Collaborate on boutique reports, including daily, after-sales, and analysis
    • Team Management & Leadership:
      • Define and track KPIs and targets for the team
      • Motivate and engage the team to achieve their best performance
      • Integrate and train new Sales Associates and provide ongoing coaching and development

    This role requires:

    • A strong passion for luxury goods and exceptional customer service skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • A collaborative and flexible approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
