Build and Maintain Hardware and Software Budgets, Certifications, Create and Maintain Vendor and Client Relationships, Create Disaster Recovery and Back-Up Procedures,
Develop and Document Work Flow, Evaluate Trends, Maintain Technical Data Reports, Monitor and Test Fixes, Procurement, Reporting, Security Monitoring, System Monitoring, Troubleshooting Core Behavioural Competencies 2.
Developing and implementing account plan or strategy 4. People / Team Leadership 5. Decision Making 3. Meeting customer expectations 6. Communication and Impact 1.Job Match Minimum Qualifications NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Computer Science OR NQF 4: Grade 12 Additional Qualification preferred or advantage Experience
5 years IT Technical Support Management.
Or
If the highest qualification is grade 12, 7 years of experience IT Technical Support Management is required Certifications Basic certification in operating systems optional/ Basic software development language certification.
