  • A suitable professional qualification and appropriate educational experience
  • The ability to conduct an orchestra at a high school level
  • The conductor is responsible for the orchestra during rehearsals, performances and concerts
  • The conductor will be responsible for the overall development and progression of the orchestra
  • A passion and vision for music, especially within the extramural space
  • A high level of organisational, administrative and communication skills
  • An interest and vision for a studentcentred holistic education programme
  • A willingness to work within the values, Christian ethos and mission of the College
  • Any staff member working within a school is required to have a sexual offender's clearance certificate
  • Remuneration will be provided on an hourly basis
